No stranger at all

Part of the 'When you're a stranger' project.

The Ilford black and white camera has been burning a hole in my pocket for a week. Today I finally plucked up the courage to ask a stranger to pose.

Actually he wasn't strange at all. He's is one of the very finely dressed gentlemen who patrol the Argyll Arcade, where Glasgow's best jewellers are.

It was no trouble to have his photo taken he said, and then patiently posed again as I took it on the digital too. A gent indeed.
