New Zealand knife

I used the dodgy plug to make my coffee again today and survived to blip my recently acquired knife. I'm a hunter gatherer and a girl needs a decent knife.

This is a Svord knife made in NZ. There are bigger, fancier and more expensive models but this is the modest model the guy who makes them recommended to me. It's well suited to my fishing habits, more so than the $9 knife from Briscoes it replaces.

The hunter advised me to get a Svord and he was particular about the shortness of the blade "you're not killing sharks" he said ;-)

No indeed, just the odd trout and salmon.

Right, I'm away to warm up and find some food. Don't worry, I won't need the knife ;-)
