This was taken just down the road from were I live the lupins are just starting to flower, the cycle track runs all the way to Albert town it's a great walk or bike ride, I will take another one when the lupins are in full color .

Sorry I have missed a few days I am quite flat out with the exhibition that we are having over the weekend I hope to catch up with you all next week
