Divorce Pending?

The fact it had two names(more evident on top of wheelhouse) just tickled me,I pictured them being linked to an old and perhaps new aquaintance..
I was at Dysart harbour.
There were quite a few signs "BY ORDER of the COMMITTEE" which also appealed to me,a nice place to wander on a dryer day.
