Happy surfers

Surf was up on North Sands today. Work stops for surfing and the water was filling up fast with boards as I drove passed on my way back from the gym. The fisherman is to set sail again this evening - it is still not pleasant out there but about as good as it's going to get for now. He took me out for a lovely pub lunch - we seem to have established a Tuesday lunch club for the two if us and I'm certainly not complaining! Hopefully this will be one of the last trips he has to do - I'll still be a fish wife on his return though as the bass are now biting and he's desperate to get some!
