Fascinated by the lake

Odd name for a picture of a building. Let me explain. The building is the best art exhibition in Helsinki, Ateneum (best = my thinking).
They are having now an exhibition of works of artist who have lived by the lake Tuusulanjärvi: Sibelius, Halonen, Erkko, Soldan-Brofelt Aho, Järnefelt. Some of the names familiar also outside Finland.
The name of the exhibition in English is "On the Shores of the Lake". My opinion is that the proper name should by "Fascinated by the Lake".
It is fascinating now so what has it been a decade ago?
But everyone possible I would say it is an exhibition worth of visiting.
