Fisheye at the Fair...
Catching the blue hour, I developed an idea I tried at last year's Fair.
My Sigma 8mm circular fisheye on FX D700 takes in the whole of the sky and so here I am looking straight up...
The 'thing' in the middle is literally inches away and I tried as slow a shutter speed that I dare (half a second) handholding, as I wanted some movement in the Ferris wheel. On LARGE 'L' key you can see this...
Ten minutes later the heavens opened with thunder that sent the street lights into shock - and off! I got soaked, the camera survived.
Day 2 of last year's Fair
