Closed for Renovations

This is the old Fulford Inn, which is now closed for renovations (the sign is readable on large view) and has been for quite some time. It has had several owners over the years that we've lived here. It was the only pub and cold beer and wine store in the south end of the island.
The whole top story is open to the elements now. There don't appear to be any renovations going on, and there's never anyone there when I walk or drive by. Too bad. The location is fantastic, with a great view down Fulford Harbour.
