Vintage day out

Today saw an early rise & us all head off to Buxton for the day. The main reason originally was for the purposes of visiting a vintage sale held in a lovely domed building of Derby University.
Slight fibbing on our part lead the children to believe they were going to a "car boot sale" but despite their slight (& understood) bored ness. They were fabulously behaved & sat in the eating area with drinks, crisps & cookies.
It was nice to visit & all but Alex came away with little purchases.
We spent the rest of the afternoon strolling around the town before indulging in a Chippy dinner for 6!
