Bounty!

Following the removal of Skater boy's (admittedly rather large) ramp from the front garden, by the council last year, I decided to use the space to grow vegetables and it's been fun. I sowed the seeds for these leeks in February. My mother (84 1/4) , who can normally be relied upon to do a considerable amount of digging and general howfing, is currently unavailable to help lift 172 leeks (sore back). So I spent the afternoon doing just that, before the snails get them.
Leek and potato soup anyone?
