We have rain today and it is cold and dreich.
The clothes and hiking boots that got rain soaked going to Slimming World at the Cricket Club are thankfully dry and I hope the better blue sky and white clouds stay.
The SW scales showed a maintain within the agreed target so that was a good sign.
Persevering is for a good reason.
Well being and freedom from non well being works for me.
