Mr hazelh's handiwork part 2

If you follow my journal, you'll know that Mr hazelh has been busy working his way around the windows of our flat over the past few months. Today he has been painting the window frame that I blipped in its scraped state on 18th September.

It was going so well until he dropped the paintbrush on the hall carpet on the way to the kitchen to wash it!

Exercise today: 06:00am loops in 29'39". I also did some sit-ups immediately after the run.
