What is it?

Another one of my many 'front garden fungi'. I haven't managed to securely identify any yet. I couldn't find a young example of this. Felt a bit jellyfish, but the cap itself was dry. It's quite exciting having such things appear - specially when they sit next to the wall where I can see them better.
