Rochdale canal Newton Heath

Newton Heath is a suburb of Manchester. The Rochdale Canal runs through it to join the Manchester Ship Canal. The sign in the distance tells boat owners to keep away from that area because of underwater obstructions. Probably a graveyard of shopping trollies.
