Ribs

Was at dads house today and showed him the small antlers that I paid eight pounds for at the pet shop. He said there was still some bones in his freezer from the last deer that was shot, and gave me a bag with a huge amount of ribs in it.
After no walk for the dogs yesterday due to my feeling unwell, they got a good long bike ride today around three fields where they had a good dig and found a few mice nests. Then they nearly had me and the bike in the burn on the way home trying to have another big dig !
Anyway, they were rewarded tonight with a huge half set of deer ribs each for supper.
Very happy huskies tonight, sleeping it off.
