Zoo

It was all happening at the zoo today... After 6 hours there, the kids finally accepted that we had seen every animal four times (except that shrew who wouldn't come out from under his rock) and we could go.

Despite finally braving the trams (very easy, turns out), we were all exhausted from the 14 mile circuitous route our map reader for the day (TallGirl) chose, but regardless the kids were keen to swim when we got back to the hotel.

What with the walking, the swimming and the 'all you can eat ribs' feast with Mr B , I think I'll sleep well tonight.

Oh, and we went to C&A - my first time since about 1983. It hasn't changed much. Batwings and rhinestones are still very much the thing.
