Boozy Fruits

My sultanas, raisens, apricots, cranberries, dates, peel (errr, I think that's it), along with a cinnamon stick, orange and plenty of brandy have been soaking for 2 weeks now.

Ok, so Christmas is 2 months away still, but this is a job that needed to done for a few tasty cakes! Each time I open the lid and take a good whiff I can't wait for Christmas to arrive!

Generally we get excited and our decorations go up on the 1st December. This year though, we have a lsit of DIY to sort before then.

Better get on to that then, eh?!
