Silent day

Today I went to school. We had a day of silence.. That's a part of the mindfulness I have at school.. It was a long day from 10 till 15 without saying anything.. It was also difficult to me because it was On the same place as I had my internship last Year. So I saw 4 old collegues.. So I had to say something xD when we finished I went to a friend of me, we had dinner together. This picture is made from her kitchen, you can see the words 'more love'.. It was very nice :) had a great afternoon/evening! Back home I watched some television.
