Reading

My studies and my new role mean I'm spending a lot of time reading all the latest documents and reports about early years. All fascinating and thought provoking stuff helping to shape my thinking and improve how I do my job. Brilliant day with the discovery team taking a step by step walk through a child's journey in our early years system, standing in their shoes, and those of their parents and looking at our work from a different point of view.
