highlight of the day

a trip to the grocery store. These fabulous trees grow right by the entrance. Colors straight from the camera - we had another bright and sunny day.
In fact, the reason I carried a camera was I made a slightly longer shopping trip. After at least one year of serious consideration I invested me a speedlite. I'm ready for Halloween and looking forward to all the new learning. Now I just need a trigger… (And son A insisted I should have "an umbrella" too, like. I totally agree ;))
