"Down Among The Saltbush" ...
...Along the riverbank...(view in LARGE)...
...We were the only people around right here - not a soul, just one enthusiastic and energetic jogger racing past, flat out, and appeared to me he was about to collapse in a heap, but they don't..maybe he was a footy player out for some violent exercise I thought..but he could have that...
...It has been another beautiful day today, 21deg.C. and just as you see it in this picture taken a couple of hours ago..and together with the old P.S. Melbourne chugging past here on its afternoon run you will see not only the grey/blue saltbush - but the acacia and the old buloke tree on the right, as well as the river red gums which are only reasonably young trees..
...We sat awhile just enjoying the peace and perfection of the day - then moved on to take a load of greens to the local Dump where it was just as quiet there, but with machinery moving around - we got covered in red dust - and dirt..what a contrast..but it's always fun to take a run to the Dump..one just doesn't come out of the gates the same color really...
