Gathering together

Today we gathered all the kids together at our house whilst Jo and John started the mammoth task of arranging the funeral. It'll be a celebration of Martin's life which will be fitting.

It feels like there has been a lot of people around since it happened. Tributes and poems have stopped us in our tracks. Flowers have come and I've been cyber kissed and telephonically hugged. Lots of love, and it feels nice.

Started the pleasant task of choosing one song for Martin. This is a desert island disc moment times a hundred. SO many songs, SUCH a muso. We joked about how furious he'd be if I chose Sting.
