.....nice to see the sun again this morning!

Recipe review of the roasted spicy chorizo pumpkin seeds I made yesterday: They were bloody delicious (that would be a technical term), even though I found I didn't have any smoked paprika when it came to the crunch (I replaced it with a teaspoon of celery salt and a good squeeze of garlic puree instead!) DEFINITELY doing them again!!

EDIT: Just uploaded a pic of the remains of the finished product to flickr.....they're going to end up as a crunchy sprinkle for some lentil soup tonight.....that's if I haven't eaten them first.....
