Pink and Orange

I have no idea what sort of shrub this is but has lovely pink and orange bells which remind me of a fuschia. They were better looking last weekend but my attempt at photographing them was woefully inadequate (it was breezy and the bells wouldn't stay still). Unfortunately, they are now passed their best as you can probably see.

Almost blipped them the other day but as this is right next to the high street, I was aware of looking silly and didn't bother to stop. Today, I just looked silly.

Maybe someone with an interest in things botanical can enlighten me as to the identity of blipped shrub and its bells. I expect JimBob79, who loves trees and flowers will know. I await his comments :)
