The Sun and the Moon

The sun was shining brightly, the sky was blue, it was half past nine in the morning and I saw the moon.

With self awareness and emotional intelligence comes a richness and a realness to my life that sustains and enriches me.

Just a few of the things that made today special:

I felt the breeze
I watched a ladybird fly away
I listened to birdsong - many varieties of birdsong
I patted a dog
I caught the scent of a sweet smelling flower as I walked by
I tasted and ate a blackberry picked from the hedgerow
I gave away a smile and received one in return
I connected with my past, but stayed in the present
I saw the sun and the moon
