Dining and Dancing
Cooked an Ottolenghi recipe for dinner which was delicious: chicken (quartered) with caramelised onion and cardamon rice. Yummmm. Taken from the Jerusalem cookbook. (I took a photo of it but it didn't look as good as it tasted. So I did an arty shot of the candles instead...)
A friend came over and we talked, ate and watched Strictly. Gin was taken. A marvellous evening.
