Is this art?

Having listened to Grayson Perry deliver the second of his Reith Lectures, Beating the Bounds, I was inspired to take this blip ... I'll leave it up to you to decide if its art ...

During the lecture, Perry refered to a conversation he'd had with Martin Parr about whether photography is art ... apparently it is if people don't smile, the image is about 3 ft by 2 ft, and has at least 3, or was it 5, zeros in the price ...
