Surprise.....

My elder son decided to bake some cakes late in the evening, so a real surprise when I opened the fridge next morning.

Vanilla cupcakes with a raspberry inside each one along with a homemade custard cream which he also used to decorate the top along with another raspberry - delicious!

He is now away for a few days and there are some left - definitely won't keep til he is back!
