One half of the Kelpies

As it was a good day, we decided to visit the Kelpies near Falkirk. There are 2 giant sculptures, taking shape, at the end of the Forth Clyde Canal, in a newly developed park area. More information can be found here. The Kelpies will be complete soon, and the park open in spring next year. Even now they are extremely photogenic and I found it difficult to choose one of many to blip. Once I'm organised, I'll set up a gallery for non blips and add some there. We watched as plates were added to the outside, and spent way more time there than intended.
