THIS IS THE LAST ROSE SHOT - HONEST!

I was going to make this a B&W shot but I like the way it looked with just a tiny hint of colour.

Had a good week, caught up on some sleep which I was in desperate need of. I suffer terribly from insomnia which doesn't help with my depression.

Managed to get an appointmenttomorrow for the biomechanical clinic as my tendon in my leg is seriously bothering me still. Just a pity it's at the same time the shop my daughter Nic works in is opening thier new shop...

I'm still depressed but i can feel it's lifted a bit. Sorry I'm still not really commenting but I will get back to it soon.
