fudge!

After much fun at the hob, I have succeeded in making a mountain of fudge. The recipe says it will keep for up to 2 months but I still have a nagging concern that it will have dried out before it's sold at the Glossop bonfire. I'd never cope with the pressure of Bake Off!!
