As you can see I have been baking today! Trying new biscuits for the up and coming Christmas markets! Here we have Shortbread biscuit with a spiced blackberry jam. Traditional gingerbread man, and new hot chocolate biscuit dippers, digestive biscuit with chocolate and marshmallows, perfect to dip into your hot chocolate! X
