Lunchtime Walk

I take a 30 minute lunch break and I like to get out of the building and put some distance between me and my desk, not that I can get that far! Dry, not too cold, fallen leaves, conversation with two of my colleagues ... today's fresh air break was good.

It is the quickest thirty minutes in the whole of the working day!
