Surely this little thing won't hurt?

I had an amazing pamper today. I was a guinea pig for Anne and a new offer that she wants to do.

It was leg, back, arm, hands and head massage. I was so relaxed that Anne was worried as I drifted into a chilled place.

I met Ness for coffee after which was nice. Having a good old catch up.

Good thing that happened today -

Had a lovely time with two lovely people.
