Successfully confirmed dox dependent expression of our transgene mRNA in our AD293 stable cell line. That is if i am correct in thinking I mixed two of the samples up. Otherwise it makes no sense!

Attempted a curry paste recipe tonight whilst the wife was out for dinner. Got some friends round and I said I would cook them an English curry. My god it was awful. Too many cloves I think. Won't be doing that one again. Got the wife to bring me a burger back with her.....
