Mushrooms

So many folks have been blipping beautiful pictures of mushrooms, I've been inspired to do one too - only mine are not fresh, autumnal, gorgeous specimens. Mine are shiitake mushrooms, drying in the sun, this preserves them so they can be used later.

Actually, there's a braised oyster sauce chicken dish on the stove right now, which has some of these mushrooms in them, and I can smell the aroma wafting through the house - can't wait for dinner!
