Field trip.

Health and Safety meeting today.... 120mile round trip for a half hour chat. Bit of a waste of time really. Morning trip out tho, and the rest if the day off, so my first port of call is the Coffee Shop 'Beans' in Oundle. Minimum card spend applies which forced me to buy a muffin! Not good for the 'muffin top'
