Top of the iceberg

Not much physical stuff needed to manage a project. Comparing that with an iceberg, it just represents the visible top of it. The large part is not visible on desks and paper. So talking about factors as common understanding of goals, communication, cooperation, agreement & disagreement, committment, etc.

Happy to have reached my intermediate blip milestone today, another 65 to go, and very confident to reach it by end of the year.
