Old Pumpkin Head.

O has a Halloween party this evening so I spent this afternoon carving out this handsome brute (and photographed it with a little help from Snapseed).

Scarily, just as I finished, there was a flash of lightning immediately followed by the loudest clap of thunder that I've ever heard. I thought the windows might shatter such was its force.

I'm wondering whether I might have created something truly horrific!
