Manjit's Kitchen

Nipped in to Leeds today for a few errands. The weather was so beautiful.
After my errands I went to the Trinity Centre as I'd heard seen an advert on TV that they had some street kitchens. Bound to be an Indian one I thought! I wasn't disappointed. Manjits Kitchen was there. They had either chilli paneer wrap or masala Dhal. It was really tasty, but I wasn't keen on eating it with a small wooden spoon! I didn't like the texture of it in my mouth! I guess it's more recyclable than plastic cutlery.
Had a nice stroll around town taking in the sunshine. It was a pleasant change from the rain.
Now watching Friday night tv, debating wether to go and get a bottle of wine?!!!!
