The 42 playdate

Back to swimming for Ethan this week. I asked his teacher how he's getting on, as we missed out on his "report" last month while we were on holiday. Her verdict - "he has good legs for treading water"! Hmmm!

We then drove to Whitburn to meet Miss 42 and her Mummy at Polkemmet Country Park. It had been pouring with rain all night and some of this morning too - was also bitterly cold, so we started off with lunch in the cafe. By the time we had finished, it had dried up outside so we ventured into the play area. It was still baltic but the kids didn't seem to care and had great fun for ages. The zip wire was a particular hit with them both!
