Something Old Something New

Today is our 15th Wedding Anniversary.

As the 15th Wedding Anniversary is apparently crystal, lateral thinking brought me to thinking about snow crystals.

After solving some clues about snow crystals (I had no idea there were so many types!) Angus discovered his anniversary gift from me was new ski boots.

Off to Glasgow for the night.

Ski boot fitting in the afternoon, champagne in our hotel room, Lissie concert in the evening. Chance encounter at the concert with an old friend so off for a beer afterwards.

Then, in true Glesga' style, kebabs at midnight for our romantic anniversary meal!

You can take the students out of Glasgow.....

Lovely to be back in the wonderful city that is Glasgow.

This is the view taken from the Kingston Bridge in slow traffic as we headed back into the city.
