On the beach

My brother had to go to Virginia Beach for work so the kids, A and I had a road trip to keep him company. Four hours in the car later we arrived, it's not hard to work out how it got its name, it's on the beach and in Virginia! Think of Blackpool and the just like Virginia Beach, we went out of season so there was next to nobody around! The sun was out and although not shorts weather that didn't stop the kids and the grown ups playing on the beach, chasing the waves and dipping our toes in the chilly Atlantic! We left the swimming till we got back to the hotel pool!
