We packed the cameras and took the sky ride through the clouds only to find out that today the sky wasn't blue even up at Grouse Mtn.

Nevertheless it was fun to photograph with H & A. I love to see how they observe and what intrigues them.

The night was a learning experience, too. I had a volunteer event photographer job and clearly wasn't prepared to the challenging light. I had been to the same gym before taking test shots but it was lit differently and instead, totally dim tonight. As a second surprise the organizers decided to have a photo booth, too, without giving me a slightest warning. Eeks. And the photo booth was a fundraiser so I was supposed to take decent photos. Lesson, be prepared for anything, and at any fundraising event be prepared for a photo booth because they are very popular. But the evening was fun and I adored the participants, there would have been so many beautiful and fun opportunities if I could have handled the light challenge better. I will get there some day.

I've had my commenting off because I've tried to concentrate and keep discipline to study. It didn't help much, I still keep checking in and browsing the photos. So I put the commenting option back. Can't be active here for another week, still, but I will keep on posting photos if somewhat irregularly.

I hope all's good out there. Take care.
