"Never mind the weather"

So good to see the young students so happy going to school, these three lovely young ladies always have a smile as they are passing, even though this morning it was raining really hard. Dad had a mixed up muddled day, but we laughed a lot and thas whats nice. Central heating broke and engineer had to be called, it neede pressurising :(( Weird how that was the case as the same engineer that came out on the call was the one that serviced it 3 weeks ago !! He had to bleed all the upstairs radiators too as they were stone cold and left a puddle at the side of each one. People nowadays really do not care about customers, I'm sure that things like this might be done to eliminate the chance of a reduction for no call out !!! Or maybe its me that cynical.

British Gas are in my bad books at he minute, mum and dads electric bill for the last four years averaged around £800 to £900 for the year. The last 3 month quarter was £632!!! I rang and said it was very high and had there been a mistake or could the meter maybe be faulty?? I have to take readings over the next month and if there is a pattern they may consider checking it but if its not faulty then it will cost mum and dad £520 pounds for the service !!!

Mum is 83 and dad 86 he asked if we had anything high usage like a hot tub !!! I really do feel so sorry for the elderly to get a bill like that is enough to give them a heart attack, just waiting for the gas bill from BG and wonder what shock that will bring :(((((
