Is it Halloween yet?

The girls are ridiculoulsy excited about Halloween this year. So much so that they spent as much time as possible yesterday in a cat costume and a 'bat fairy' costume.

I had thought that the little one's bat fairy outfit had a rather rubbish 'spider web' effect under the netting achieved by some clear wires threaded randomly through.

I had thought 'cuh', but figured, what might one expect for 99p + P&P off eBAY?

Brilliantly, my, way more astute than I, neighbour asked, 'are you sure these wires aren't LEDs?

Oh, no, I insisted, it's just a rubbish spider web effect, for this frock was a mere 99p off eBAY.

'I think I can feel a battery'.

REALLY?!!?

And lo, it is so. The little one's bat fairy costume LIGHTS UP.
