Autumn echo . echo . echo ...

Early blip today as we just had 10 min of beautiful sun on an otherwise rather bleak day. The first surge of patients has already been and gone and we are having a quiet spell until later this afternoon ... perfect for some blipping :-)
Can't seem to get enough of autumn impressions at the moment. I don't think it'll be long until everything goes grey and soggy anyway so let's enjoy it while it lasts!!!!
