There's a hole in the bucket

It rained so hard today that behind the house was flooded and the watering can was afloat. The grassy areas were either flooded or I was squelching through them. The hens were huddled in a corner of the coop because the wind was blowing the rain in through the hatch door.

I went through so many flooded areas on the road on the way home from work, that I would have been better in a boat than a car.

It looks like our rainy season is not over yet. But lets hope for a reasonable day for the GAA hurling final on Sunday when Tipp try their hand at beating The Cats.
