Lola

My landlady Vicky had a morning visit from her 2 daughters..Izzy & Sophie.. so she decided to bake a pile of "rock cakes" for the girls...Afterwards they all went for a walk..& a few minutes later i came in....& was transported back to my dear Mums kitchen in the 50s.. where after school, the staple diet for 3 hungry wee lads was.. bread'n dripping (heavenly!) ..or rock cakes embeded with currants..both which made little lads into big lads.. not a lot of people know that!... Now im just waiting for my landlady to return.. I have made up a good story to tell her..hope it works... Oh nearly forgot this is wee Lola.. her grandaughter.
