Buggies or golfers?

Walked the usual Saturday route around the golf course. We were about two minutes quicker today in order to miss the heavy rain that was forcast and managed to beat the rain by about 30 seconds.

Is it the golfers ot buggies that are slow? It certainly isn't the cars or the cyclists who whizz along the country roads. Perhaps they don'texpect to meet walkers.
